This is a rare stainless steel Rolex Oyster Chronograph Ref. 6238, known to collectors as the "Pre-Daytona" which was produced from 1962 until 1967 in approximately 3,600 examples. This watch has a beautiful original silver dial, stainless steel markers, and stainless steel pushers. The case is mint and the watch has been serviced. It comes on a high-quality brown alligator strap with Rolex Buckles. Circa 1960's. Always in demand by collectors.
